**Basic Funtion**
- Deploying ABS System in the shop floor impacting positively safety, quality, productivity and converstion cost.

**Position Requirements**
- Experience as process engineer or similar
- Must be a driven person
- English 90%
- Lean Manufacturing experience is desired
- Team Work
- Clean Room or electronic experience

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Eliminate hig energy accidents
- Reduce scrap 50%
- improve productivity 2% by month
- Reduce conversion cost

**Education requirements**
- Bachelors Degree as an engineer
