**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Gestión de Cuentas Clave (KAM): Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes clave. Atender de manera integral las necesidades de los clientes en términos de facturación, logística y cobranza.
- Análisis de Ventas: Organizar y analizar los registros de venta para obtener información valiosa. Utilizar datos para tomar decisiones estratégicas que impulsen el crecimiento y la eficiencia.
- Ejecución de Proyectos de Venta: Diseñar y poner en marcha estrategias para aumentar la velocidad de venta. Preparar propuestas, cotizaciones y tomar decisiones efectivas para la ejecución exitosa de los proyectos. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para enlazar las estrategias de venta con las campañas de marketing.
- Dirección de Alianzas de promotoría: Crear planes de visitas y exhibición en tiendas para promover la venta de productos. Establecer alianzas efectivas con promotores y asociados para impulsar las ventas.
- Entender el Product Market Fit: Analizar el rendimiento de las tiendas para identificar patrones y determinar qué tiendas tienen éxito y cuáles no. Comprender quién es el cliente objetivo, sus necesidades y comportamientos de consumo.

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Experiência previa en ventas, gestión de cuentas o áreas relacionadas.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas de la empresa.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con clientes y socios de negocios.
- Conocimiento de técnicas de promoción, marketing y gestión de proyectos de venta.

**INFO. ADICIONAL**

Serás responsable de maximizar las oportunidades de venta y garantizar el éxito de los clientes. Tu objetivo principal es mejorar la exhibición de productos y aumentar la velocidad de venta con el menor costo posible. Debes analizar las ventas para tomar decisiones informadas y ejecutar proyectos de mejora personalizados en cadena de retail. También serás responsable de aprender sobre la venta. Identificar en dónde está funcionando, en dónde no, por qué, quién lo compra, para qué lo compra, cuando lo consume, con quién lo consume, etc.

Salario: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 al mes
