**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Production Materials Analyst will provide raw material ordering and coordination support for manufacturing sites.

**Your Impact**

As a Production Materials Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

- Timely and accurate ordering of raw materials, concentrate, and sugars required for full goods production at Supply Chain Manufacturing Sites.
- Weekly Inventory Management with proactive tracking for production materials with necessary alerts for anticipated service gaps.
- Material order changes as needed based on material gaps and planning/scheduling changes
- Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays
- Inventory Analysis that involves the track of KPIs (Key Perfomance Indicators) and costs to anticipate and correct trends in materials goods that would compromise achievement of financial targets
- Regular attendance in all required production schedule meetings to discuss material needs.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or Add-hoc: Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, International Business, Administration,Operations Management.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Fluent knowledge of and use of MS Office Suite
- 1+ years of Supply Chain or operations experience preferred This role may require off-shift and weekend work.
