About the Position

We are looking for someone who has speed, attention to detail, is eager to explore new technologies in a fast-paced environment, and that is motivated by delivering quick results utilizing different frameworks and tech stacks based on the needs.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in highly technical roles in the IT/Software Development industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing and implementing IT strategies for startups and/or Silicon Valley companies.
- Entrepreneur spirit, always-growing mindset and highly focused personality to take companies to the next level of growth.
- Experience in understanding and managing Agile/XP/Waterfall software development projects, software development life cycle, and quality processes, such as scoping, schedules, deliverables, change and risk management, and mitigation.
- Ability to deliver quick results within short periods of time using the tools and skills that better suit the request.
- Experience working on MVP projects with quick turnaround.
- A deep intuitive sense for building effective software products that exceed users' expectations.
- Strong technical aptitude. Can converse with technical partners, development team, and QA engineers at a highly technical level.
- A strong delivery focus and the will to perform all tasks required to complete the job and meet deadlines.
- Well-organized, detailed planning and scheduling expertise. Can juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of high-priority items.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced English.

**Responsibilities**

If you get accepted your day-to-day activities and responsibilities would look like:

- Decompose complex product features into specific designs, use cases and detailed technical requirements that are ready for development.
- Work with Product Owners and Software Development teams to create and execute quick MVP projects and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the feature pipeline and your team's technical ability to execute it correctly and deliver results on time.
- Evaluate and refine team processes to empower team members to deliver high-quality work.
- Identify opportunities and lead efforts to improve program methodology excellence and best practices within the product and technology.
