**Descripción del puesto**

Como Executive Assistant serás responsable de administrar los horarios y las comunicaciones de los ejecutivos clave de la empresa, principalmente de nuestros dos fundadores. Tus funciones incluyen la priorización de correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas, la recopilación de documentos para prepararse para las reuniones y la coordinación de los arreglos de viaje nacionales o al extranjero. Al mismo tiempo, organizarás y coordinaras tareas administrativas y los procedimientos de la oficina.

**Responsabilidades**
- Organizar y apoyar C Level según sea necesario: gestión de las agendas del CEO
- Reserva de transporte y alojamiento para viajes de negocios de C-Level Team
- Facturación y monitoreo de gastos de nuestros cofounder
- Brindarás apoyo administrativo al área de People y a las solicitudes del equipo en general
- Organización congresos de empresa
- Contacto con el Board de Flat para recepción y envío de informes, comunicación de actas y atención de requerimientos
- Recepción de correspondencia delicada (Acuses IMSS, Actas legales, etc)
- Preparación de cartas, presentaciones e informes para la Alta Dirección
- Trabajo presencial en CDMX con flexibilidad

**Este puesto es perfecto para ti si**
- 2+ años de experiência como Asistente Ejecutivo
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar el trabajo
- Atención al detalle y habilidades para resolver problemas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en español e inglés
- Licenciatura terminada o por finalizar
- Fuertes habilidades de organización y planificación en un entorno acelerado
- Una mente creativa con capacidad para sugerir mejoras en procesos y políticas internas
