**Injection Production Supervisor **_will be in charge of: _

**Safety**:

- Together with the HSE department, define the safety rules for maintenance activities (such as LOTO procedure).
- Ensure enforcement of health, safety, environmental & site rules in its perimeter, and that anybody entering
- Participate in continuous safety and environment risks reduction.
- Leads Safety QRQC for all accidents & near-misses involving Maintenance people.

**Maintenance**:

- Ensure existence of updated maintenance work instructions for his/her perimeter.
- Prepare the scheduled maintenance tasks and communicate it to Logistic & Production.
- Ensure maintenance tasks are correctly done and on time in order to maximize equipment availability, respecting Maintenance KPIs targets in its perimeter.
- Participate in maintenance budget preparation & propose potential organization improvements.
- Define the level of spare parts and consumable requirements in order to secure production and manage the inventory and supply.
- For corrective maintenance, ensure appropriate resources are allocated to minimize stoppages and lead the action plan to avoid recurrence and support the team on the major technical issues.
- Lead the outsourced maintenance activities.
- Contribute to new equipment and processes industrialization and startup.

**Valeo Production System**:

- Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by the APU manager and prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards.
- Ensure TPM standards are properly deployed and used by his/her team
- Reach and maintain a dynamic and efficient Proposals of Improvements system.
- Lead continuous improvement

**Manage people**:

- Be responsible for induction of all newcomers in his/her perimeter (temporaries included).
- Ensure the respect of the rules and standards in his/her perimeter.
- Analyze flexibility and multi skills needs of his/her team, and define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit.
- Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement and environment risk analysis, key Performance Indicators.
- Follow up main objectives in monthly meetings with his/her team.
- Conduct annual appraisals, as well as salary review.
- Is responsible for personnel involvement and ensures a positive social climate.
