The team you will be a part of

We are a global virtual team that is responsible for driving continuous improvement of repair operations. You will be interfacing with Engineering, Quality, and Services organizations within Nokia as well as with our internal and external Repair Centers to resolve issues, improve quality, and drive cost reductions.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

- Act as primary internal and external interface and first escalation point for repair quality issues.
- Drive root cause analysis of quality issues. Ensures containment and corrective actions are appropriately defined and implemented.
- Ensure all quality-related risks and opportunities are defined, analyzed and mitigation actions are executed.
- Support and/or lead quality improvement cost savings projects.

Your skills and experience

You have:

- Engineering/Technical degree.
- Experience in Quality Engineering.
- 5+ years of Hands-On experience working in Telecom Manufacturing or Repair Operations.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Familiarity with Nokia Network Infrastructure Products.
- Exposure to Telecom test equipment and processes.
