We are looking for a TAP Solution Specialist.

What you will do:
- Take ownership of specific integration and development tasks, contributing directly to project objectives and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in solution engineering activities, collaborating with senior team members to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct testing activities, including test case execution, results analysis, and defect tracking, to validate the functionality and quality of technology solutions.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on testing results, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, usability, and reliability.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility to support knowledge sharing and transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions, sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
What you can bring:
- Strong technical skills and experience in technology integration, development, and troubleshooting, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions.
- Experience using contact center technologies such as Genesys, Zendesk, CRM tools. (+ 2 years of experience)
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results within established timelines and quality standards, with a focus on achieving project objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior team members to implement solutions effectively.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, with experience in executing testing activities, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in documentation practices and tools, with the ability to create, maintain, and update project documentation to support project delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to expand knowledge and skills in technology solution implementation and project delivery.
- Salary: Usd1.200
Pay: From $24,121.20 per month
