**Resumen del trabajo**:
Responsable de dirigir, planificar y coordinar todas las actividades pertenecientes a la producción del área de trabajo. Optimizar la administración de los recursos económicos y laborales. Asegurar que la producción cumple los estándares de calidad. Desarrollar a los miembros del equipo de acuerdo con las competencias internas. Brindar un ambiente de trabajo seguro para todo el personal a su cargo. Diseñar, proponer e implantar las estrategias de producción adecuadas a las necesidades de la compañía para asegurar la confiablidad del producto terminado.

**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:

- Cumplir con los métricos de seguridad, calidad, entrega y costos de los indicadores de producción
- Responsable de utilizar y orientar al equipo de trabajo sobre las herramientas de Acuity Business Systems mejora continua (Kanban, 5s, Kaizen, etc.)
- Asegurar de que los productos se fabriquen a tiempo y de acuerdo con los requisitos de calidad que el cliente solicita. Cumplir con el cronograma de entrega al cliente.
- Administra todos los aspectos financieros del centro de trabajo
- Coordinar el desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Planifica los níveles de inventario y la productividad laboral

**Experiência preferida (es decir, sector de experiência)**:

- 7 a 8 años en posición similar dentro de la industria de Manufactura.
- Ingenieria concluida, deseable Maestría
- Inglés avanzado
