**The Talent Acquisition Production Specialist ensure the operation of all areas with temporary roles by following recruitment procedures and the efficient management of recruitment agencies through metrics, monitoring, support, and leadership.**

**This role has a deep compromise to support the operations area with a sense of urge, safety, and quality to bring the most possible children into play, always with a great attitude as a customer service area we also need to be responsible and focused to deliver on time new installations, so we can keep growing and take part in the LEGO story.**

- **Recruitment agencies management for temporary roles**:

- **Ensure Temporary roles and planning demand**:

- **Forecasting future hiring needs**:

- **Align hiring strategy to longer term workforce plans**:

- **Analyze market trends that impact labor supply & demand**:

- **Promoting the organization’s image as a desirable place to work**
***Do you have what it takes?**
- **Strategic: 2 years+ experience leading strategies with massive recruitment**:

- **Self-oriented: be able to manage and understand KPIS to take decision in the strategy**:

- **Learning on the fly: must show flexibility in the way of working**:

- **Proactive: Be able to demonstrate initiative that led in the past**:

- **Language: Advanced English **. **Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas**:

- **Use of Microsoft office, ERP (Workday preferable)**
- **This is a temporary position for 11.5 months**
