**Job Description: Client Onboarding Specialist**

**Location: Mexico - Remote**

**Reports to: Codi Guild**

**Team: Internal Operations**
**Job Summary**:
As a **Client Onboarding Specialist**, you will be a crucial part of our new team focused on welcoming new clients. This role involves conducting welcome and compliance calls to ensure all customer details and agreements are verified accurately. You will support new customers by answering their questions, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Welcome and Compliance Calls**:Conduct scripted welcome calls for new customers and compliance calls to verify homeowner and financier details.

2. **Data and Documentation Management**:Complete CRM updates, and maintain accurate client records, checklists, and confirmations.

5. **Adherence to Compliance Standards**: Follow company protocols strictly to maintain compliance during all customer interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**:Friendly and effective communication skills to foster positive client interactions.
- **Scheduling Experience**:Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**:Ability to follow a script accurately and ensure all compliance questions are asked thoroughly.
- **Adaptability**:Capable of managing rotating shifts, including PM and weekend hours, as part of a flexible schedule.

**Measures of Success**:
1. **Customer Satisfaction**: Achieve a 97% positive feedback rate within 30 days.

2. **Attendance and Punctuality**:Maintain adherence to attendance policies, with immediate action on no-call/no-shows.

3. **Service Level Agreement (SLA)**: Complete outreach within 2 minutes for each welcome call readiness.
