Join our team in Linares. And you will be responsible of the implementation & execution of Systemic Work Capability & Infrastructure; in order to leverage sustainable results. Supported by two direct reports this role detonates a Continuous Improvement Culture on the facility by enabling the facility staff to take advantage of the Productivity tools on hand.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Pipeline Savings Executor & Consultant - **Capacity to understand Pipeline Field Categories, timing of products and Productivity Savings.
- ** Budgeting - **Assure the formulas, scrap, rates & Efficiencies are all accurate represented into SAP budgeting and tracking systems.
- ** Continuous improvement Management - **Lead the deployment of the lean culture through the organization.
- ** Team lead-** **Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of the responsibilities of the team to ensure compliance with policies and programs

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor´s degree
- 3-4 year’s experience in Continuous improvement or project management in a manufacturing environment.
- Analytical approach and results oriented.
- Good Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced English
