**Entreprise**:
Dans le cadre de son développement sur le marché français, le cabinet Winning Search recherche pour une très belle marque européenne d’accessoires haut de gamme, un/une Key Account Manager basé(e) à Paris.

Le/la Key Account Manager prendra en charge un portefeuille de clients clés existants et en assurera la pérennité. En parallèle il/elle mettra en œuvre le développement commercial de nouveaux clients clés en adéquation avec la stratégie et le positionnement premium de la marque.

**Poste**:
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur France auquel vous reporterez, vous mettrez en place une stratégie de développement commercial ambitieuse de court, moyen et long terme. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les acheteurs avec lesquels vous construirez une relation commerciale fructueuse, et ce, sur toutes les catégories de produits.

Véritable ambassadeur de la marque auprès des acteurs de références sur le marché, vous serez responsable de l’atteinte de vos objectifs mais vous ne concèderez jamais le positionnement de la marque au profit de votre chiffre d’affaires.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Gérer votre portefeuille clients en développant des relations commerciales fortes et engageantes afin d’optimiser au maximum les résultats.
- Élaborer un plan de développement aligné au positionnement de la marque, établir les forecasts en lien avec ce plan, et la feuille de route qui vous permettra de le réaliser.
- Préparer des présentations PowerPoint sur-mesure, créatives et inspirantes pour les clients et l’équipe dirigeante selon les rendez-vous et réunions internes.
- Organiser les rdv et présenter les nouvelles collections à vos clients/acheteurs/prospects.
- Saisir les commandes dans l’ERP (SAP) et suivre leur bonne prise en compte.
- Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités de croissance et de notoriété de la marque dans le cadre de partenariats ou de collabs sur l’ensemble des gammes de produits.
- Visiter régulièrement les clients/points de vente afin de s’assurer de la bonne implantation/visibilité de la marque et en garantir ainsi une représentation commerciale optimale.
- Assurer le suivi logistique de vos comptes en lien avec le headquarter et participer à l’amélioration continue du process après-vente.
- Établir les rapports de vente et les rapports de stock selon les demandes et besoins.
- Donner des inputs sur l’optimisation de la mise en valeur produit (shop in shop, vitrines, pop-up stores).
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le credit control pour maitriser la solvabilité clients et mettre en place les plans de financement si nécessaire.
- Participer aux salons professionnels et aux visites de marché.
- Assister le Directeur France dans le cadre de demandes commerciales particulières.

**Profil**:

- Vous justifiez d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience en tant que responsable comptes clés au sein d’une marque premium ou luxe (impératif) idéalement dans la mode ou l’accessoire.
- Vous avez une excellente maitrise d’Excel et la capacité de faire, lire, prévoir et communiquer des projections financières.
- Vous avez une excellente maitrise de PowerPoint et êtes capable de faire des présentations élaborées et impactantes.
- Vous avez une très bonne communication orale et écrite.
- Vous avez un anglais courant oral et écrit.
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et êtes capable de mener plusieurs tâches de front et de gérer des échéances multiples.
- Orienté(e) solutions, vous êtes flexible, positif(ve), motivé(e) et favorisez la réussite collective.
- Vous êtes créatif(ve) et savez mener des réflexions « out of the box ».
