As our **Planner Supervisor**, you will have to guarantee the availability and use of materials, evaluating the needs, priorities and requirements of the repair line.

Your main functions and responsibilities will be:

- Work with suppliers to ensure materials are available for production.
- Oversee the movement of raw materials, parts and finished goods from the warehouse ensuring product inventory accuracy.
- Collection and analysis of data on current orders, production levels and repair forecasts to estimate future demand for materials.
- Troubleshooting issues related to materials due to supply issues, inventory errors, or changes in demand.
- Ensuring that materials are accurately scheduled, evaluated, and delivered on time, every time.
- Keep the BOM's updated.
- Guarantee that the materials in inventory belong to the BOM of each SKU.
- Provide Alternate parts under BOM requirements.
- Validate inventory accuracy, by monitoring cycle counts and warehouse W2W (wall to wall) inventories, to correct discrepancies with material quantity, documentation, and quality.
- Follow-up of root cause and daily resolution of material shorts.
- Communication with suppliers to know the status of materials.
- Planning of minimums and maximums.
- Conduct daily floor and receiving platform walks to investigate and resolve material discrepancies.
- Development of strategies to ensure:

- o Sustaining phase of the parts in the Life Cycle
- o Exit phase: NPI´s, End of life (EOL)
- o Reduce cost in material inventory: minimize obsolete and excess material.
- Implement and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Creation of purchase orders when required.
- Coordinate local team functions with foreign teams.

**Requirements**:
Experience
- 3-5 years working experience
