We are looking for an SQA with extensive experience in the automotive industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring of the annual supplier audit plan.
- Notification to suppliers of changes in the quality system.
- Planning and execution of the annual revalidation program.
- Issuance of claims and charges to supplier.
- Attend audits carried out by clients and certifying bodies.
- Coordinate inspection, receipt and quarantine activities.
- Participate in effective problem-solving processes.
- Release of components.
**Requirements**:
- Engineering (Graduate).
- Advanced English.
- Requirements of the client.
- Customer portals (BMW and GM).
- Core Tools.
- Analysis of problems / Complaints to supplier.
- IATF and BIQs.
- Supplier material verification.
- Knowledge of assembly process / component manufacturing.
- Measurement knowledge.
- Knowledge of documentation for sampling.
- Monitoring of audit plans
- KPIS management.
- Minitab.
