Tareas a desarrollar:
A) IMPORT:
1. Monitoreo y control documental de envío de Robots y Refacciones hasta arribo a aduana;
2. Envío de alertas de embarques a Forwarders, Agente Aduanal y Transportistas, asi como control documental;
3. Envío y recepción de Información Técnica y Operativa de artículos de tratamiento especial;
4. Coordinación y Monitoreo del proceso de Importación y despacho con el Agente Aduanal;
5. Monitoreo de pagos de impuestos aduanales;
6. Apoyo en la gestión de cotizaciones y costeos de embarques especiales y dedicados;
B) RECEPCIÓN/ENVÍO:
1. Coordinación y monitoreo de embarques dedicados y paqueterias;
2. Coordinación y preparación de entregas a Clientes y/o usuarios de equipos y materiales con Forwarders, Agente Aduanal, Almacén, Transportistas y Paqueterias;
3. Coordinación y programación de renta de montacargas y en general de lo que sea necesario para realizar maniobras especiales

C) EXPORT:
1. Coordinación y monitoreo de procesos de retornos de materiales y exportaciones;
2. Elaboración de guías de retornos de materiales a HQ;
3. Apoyo a la parte operativa en los procesos especiales de envíos de materiales al extranjero.

D) AUDITORIA, MONITOREO Y CONTROL:
1. Archivo fisico y control los expedientes legales y operativos por la documentación generada durante los procesos tanto de Importación como de Exportación en las plataformas correspondientes;
2. Actualización y mantenimiento de las distintas herramientas con las que se cuentan o se llegasen a implementar para el monitoreo y control del proceso E2E;
3. Monitoreo a la resolución de hallazgos resultantes de los procesos de auditoria documental al proceso de importación y exportación;
4. Elaboración y mantenimiento de archivo de control de embarques;
5. Monitoreo de fechas de arribos y generación de KPIs relativos al proceso logistico, analizar desviaciones y seguimiento a las medidas correctivas y de mitigación;
6. Revisión, aprobación y gestión de facturas de transportistas y paqueterias;
7. Participar activamente en los procesos especiales de Auditoria Interna y reconstrucción y rectificación de expedientes de comercio exterior

Salario: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 10 horas
