**BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP Configurator for an opportunity in Mexico.**

**Position Title**:SAP Configurator**

**Location: Mexico**

**Expected Duration: 6 Months**

**Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP**

**Description**:
Key Accountability & Role:

- Design and test any new features in Fieldglass
- Review and investigate integration errors
- Identify and implement process enhancements
- Work with variety of stakeholders to identify system enhancement priorities
- Manage Service Now Tickets
- Quarterly Release Management - Testing
- Providing 24 Hrs support to cover North America, Europe and Asia Market

Job Responsibilities:
i. Work with business analyst to document and manage business and functional requirements

ii. Work with business analyst to analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required controls, document procedures, track key Performance Indicators.Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and meeting client needs

iii. Be an advocate for exploring standard solutions or leveraging packaged software first

v. Adhere to PepsiCo change control standards & PepsiCo methodology / COE standards

vi. Collaborate with business analysts, internal and external customers to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions

vii. Work with business analysts and QA team to prepare test scenarios and data

viii. Possess a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data for at least one module/function

ix. Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations

x. Experience with obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in designing solutions
