**About the Role**:
Ensure Personnel Administration tasks' accuracy and timeliness, handle terminations, maintain records, manage leaves, and issue employee letters for Mexico Subsidiaries. Execute onboarding programs and facilitate documentation completion for new hires. Collect and verify employee data, and ensure error-free payroll processing. Prepare compliance reports and support audits. Coordinate training logistics and post-training activities. Identify tech and process enhancements, collaborate on HR solutions, and optimize workflows.
**What you will do**:
Personnel Administration:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of personnel administration tasks, aligned with local processes and regulations.
- Managing Employee Central workflow & SalesForce case request to drive employee data update
- Manage local termination processes including signing contracts and paperwork, collecting company property, notifying local vendors, coordinating with payroll, etc
- Maintain and track employee records as well as ensuring proper storage and accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Managing Leave of absence process
- Creating and issuing different employee letters.
Payroll Administrator:
- Collect and verify employee data, including hours worked, overtime, and pay components.
- Tracking and capturing of exceptional inputs for payroll
- Ensure all data is complete and error-free before payroll processing.
Learning Delivery:
- Manage logístical aspects of training sessions, including booking facilities, transportation, catering, and materials preparation.
- Coordinate post-training activities, such as material shipping or destruction, and provide input for delivery support improvements.
Compliance:
- Assist in preparing required reports related to HR compliance.
- Provide documentary support for Audit purposes
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology and automation to enhance HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative HR solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and streamlining.
- Design and implement process improvements to reduce manual tasks, minimize errors, and increase overall efficiency.
- Any other activity based on changes in process/systems/strategy from a time to time basis
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on personnel administration, compliance or related fields
- Payroll experience (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Intermediate Excel level
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- English fluency - Both oral and written.
- KRONOS (Desirable)
