Packaging Engineer

**Packaging Development Engineer Expectations**:
We are looking for a packaging engineer to support local & regional LATAM projects which entails the following:

- Support Packaging R&D projects for primary, secondary and tertiary for consumer products
- Lead Innovation, Savings and Pkg R&D projects
- Coordinate packaging and filling equipment installation and validation processes
- Develop and support pant trials at plant and at co-packers
- BS in Packaging or related experience
- 1-3 years of solid experience in Packaging R&D for Personal Care (highly desired), CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries.
- Experience with Pkg tests: stability, compatibility, validations tests, molds, transit tests, pkg lab testing among others
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish
- Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Spanish
- Willing to live / travel in the Cuernavaca Morelos (area) / 2-3 times per week.
- Travel when needed
