Performs various duties concerning importing/exporting products to/from foreign countries. Computes duties, tariffs, price conversions, weights and volumes of products or materials. Receives and edits export orders. Prepares all necessary documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, insurance papers and consular documents. Arranges shipments through export freight forwarders to ensure delivery time requirements. Reviews pertinent domestic and foreign trade regulations. May correspond with representatives in foreign countries on routine matters.

Major Responsibilities:

- Electronic and Physical Record Keeping.
- Prepare Documents for Shipments.
- Process Import-Import Shipments.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

- Requires a College diploma or equivalent.
- Experience 3 or more years on Import Export.
- Basic Math skills.
- Ability to maintain detailed, accurate and organized records.
- Good understanding of internal and external customer requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
