Required Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (Speaking / Writing).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Demonstrated problem solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated quality deliverables and customer orientation
- Demonstrated passion, dedication, and commitment
- Ability to travel throughout the year.
- Valid driving license.
- Valid Passport and USA visa

Desired Qualifications:

- Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 2 or more years of experience working in automotive development
- ECU Production, Communication, logistics.
- Cybersecurity, XDL.
- Knowledge in vehicle data acquisition and networking
- Knowledge in vehicle mechanics, electronics and dynamics
- Experience with vehicle dynamics, chassis or suspension development
- Advanced vehicle driving and judgment skills
- Hands-on experience

**Offer**:
Core Responsibilities:

- Understand legal, customer and internal system requirements for Electronic Suspension Systems including air suspension and active damping.
- Understand system function and capabilities.
- Understand ECU communication.
- Execute required testing in vehicle and/or on vehicle simulation test stands
- Supporting: Establish test specifications and test cases for vehicle and/or vehicle simulation test stands
- Supporting: Acquire, analyze, summarize, report and archive data assuring traceability to requirements
- Supporting launch activities by additional testing (end of line SW test, tests with Customer equipment)
- Supporting changes in production process (EEprom, SW updates, flashing)
- Acquire, analyze, summarize, report and archive data assuring traceability to requirements
- Identify, drive, and assure resolution for any nonconformities vs. requirements or in timing
