The Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging expertise in financial analysis and data cleansing to drive efficiencies and improve overall business performance.

**Accountabilities**

- Support the design and operational effectiveness of AR controls to prevent or detect risk of inaccurate, incomplete, or non-existent receivable transactions.
- Self-monitors to ensure quality performance and productivity over key tasks.

**Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Strong accounting background.
- Minimum 3 experience as a Business Process Analyst with a focus on financial analysis, process documentation and data cleansing.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferable.

**Working Conditions**
- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday. There may be a need for occasional work after hours or weekends.
- This position may require mínimal travel (10% or less).
