Get to know our customer:
The company specializes in providing accounting services such as bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and consulting, handling all the accounting tasks required to let their clients focus on business management.

We are looking for a Financial Account Manager to support the following activities:

- Attend clients’ requests, and follow up on deliverables.
- Daily communication with clients (written).
- New client onboarding, elaboration of agreements (understanding clients' needs to prepare a list of services for the sales department).
- Act as a point of contact, liaising between accounting internal departments and clients.
- Revision of financials and another deliverable (assignation of tasks, compliance and due dates for a team of bookkeepers).
- Timetable and calendar management to ensure timely delivery.

**Work schedule**

Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 CST

This role is remote, and we only hire in Mexico for this position.

**Requirements**:

- **MUST: Advanced English** - (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)Bachelor in accounting or finance related.
- Around 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles in English and ability to explain financial information to non-financial people.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP.
- Experience reviewing financial statements and handling meetings with upper management or stakeholders.
- Experience using **QuickBooks.
