Business System Sr. Analyst

**Responsabilidades**
- Crea una excelente comprensión del sistema SAP AFS WM
- Crear secuencias de comandos de prueba, datos de prueba, pruebas Unit
- Seguimiento, informe y documentación de problemas de manera oportuna
- Llevar a cabo UAT con los usuarios finales, informar de los problemas a TI a través del método de comunicación estándar definido
- Crear procedimientos normalizados de trabajo en el formato estándar de la empresa, realiza sesiones de capacitación para los usuarios operativos.
- Aprende y comprende los procesos y modelos operativos del área de negocio.
- Identifica, comunica y resuelve eficazmente problemas de proyectos/procesos.
- Desarrolla relaciones con los usuarios finales, supervisores y gerentes de operaciones y otras áreas de negocio en el centro de distribución.
- Sirve de enlace entre los distintos departamentos de logística (operaciones, ingeniería, atención al cliente) y establece un vínculo con IT.
- Actúa como experto en el tema de SAP y los sistemas de automatización.
- Realiza el análisis de la causa raíz de los problemas relacionados con SAP WM/MM, trabaja con IT y los socios empresariales para coordinar y resolver el problema de raíz.
- Comunica eficazmente los problemas y riesgos a los equipos de funciones cruzadas y de gestión.

**Requerimientos**:

- Licenciatura en Sistemas de Información, Informática, Logística, Cadena de Suministro o Ingeniería o experiência laboral equivalente
- Conocimiento y experiência en la integración de servicios técnicos que den soporte a la gestión de almacenes.
- 4+ años de experiência en SAP WM /IM.
- 2+ años en sistemas de automatización logística
- Experiência en comunicación cara a cara con los clientes recopilando requisitos y detalles de implementación, aplicando soluciones y proporcionando soporte técnico.
- Pasión por la mejora continua y la resolución de problemas desde la raíz.
- Microsoft Office, con amplios conocimientos de Excel y Macros.
- Dominio del inglés y español.
- Conocimiento avanzado del sistema SAP AFS incluyendo: SAP WM, SAP MM, SAP SD
- Experiência en Sistemas de Gestión de Almacenes
- Experiência en Programación PHP o PL/SQL es un plus

**Ofrecemos**:

- Atractivo pago semanal: $14,000.00 netos
