Professional career title
Ingles avanzado (95%)
OFFICE Package + SAP
Experience in production planning, MRO & raw material procurements, Warehouse management and super, Evaluating and selecting new suppliers.
knowledge in logistics and inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Production Planning and Control, Data Analysis and Reporting.

**Skills**: Leadership, Critical & Analytical Thinker, Supply Chain Planning and Strategy, High level on Excel, Communication: verbal & writing.

MAIN FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED IN THE POSITION

Direct and Indirect material Purchasing as well as Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Supervise warehouse operators assuring that all processes are taking place on time and with discipline, processes such as: receiving, storage, cycle count, kitting, including the process of this tasks in the SAP system, but not limited to.
Definition of MPS Master Production Schedule in base of Forecast and Sales Orders to customers.
Management of MRP Material Requirement Planning to define supply needs, including Definition of Safety Stocks and supply methodologies.
Daily monitoring of Product Schedule with verification of ACTUAL vs PLAN. Presentation of status during Operations Meeting.
Analyzing data to improve supply chain efficiency.

**Proficient on software tools use such us**: Excel, Power point, Word.
Coordinate and do the Finish Goods shipments from this facility to the USA distribution center.
Monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making.
Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
Maintains 5S order and cleanliness at all times in his/her own dedicated areas.
Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and a foundational understanding of the supply chain process.
Performs manual and administrative activities supporting the start-up and development of the organization when requested.
Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy.
