II/ AIM OF THE POSITION

To guarantee the profitability of the global cost of raw material purchases.
- Provide the services expected by internal customers.

III/ MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Generation of purchase order for raw material demanded by production.
- Follow-up of order management by suppliers (delivery time, confirmation of receipt of raw material).
- Update new part numbers received and ensure order process in ERP/SILOG.
- Ensure ERP/SILOG update at each raw material receipt.
- Negotiate best price and ensure proper quality/price.

FOLLOW UP WITH SUPPLIERS

Perform incoming goods inspection of goods received from suppliers (conformity, damage, warranty).

Update the suppliers' evaluation book and ensure the follow up of deliveries on a weekly basis

CONTROL OF SAFETY STOCK LEVEL
- Maintain safety stock level for FGX products frequently used in the workshop (packaging material, etc.)
- Perform weekly physical inventory and ensure actual stock level in ERP/SILOG

Report bad environmental practices to your superior or HR / EHS department.

Suspend the operation when it is considered a bad environmental practice.

Application of disciplinary measures for non-compliance with safety regulations and/or bad practices that may affect the environment.

CARRY OUT OTHER MISSIONS / ACTIVITIES UPON REQUEST FROM HIS/HER MANAGER(S)

University level people, Technical diploma

Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position

Managerial, verbal and written communication skills

Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship

Confident with Excel.

Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)

Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift)

Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem

Knowledge of procurement, sourcing strategy and purchasing activities.

Knowledge of logistic, MRP processes and rules

Knowledge of SAP or other ERP for Supply chain (MM modules).

Knowledge of English or French language

Availability to travel.
