**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conocimiento y constante actualización del portafolio de productos y servicios de Vertiv.
- Contactar y visitar la red de partners en aspectos relacionados con proyectos y la parte comercial, entre otras relacionadas con el canal, además de tener control y visitas con el cliente final.
- Ejecutar planes de capacitación para los canales que permita la difusión de nuestros productos a los gerentes de marca y se generen ventas especializada en el producto y con la calidad de VERTIV, generando aumento en el porcentaje de éxito de la venta.
- Acompañamiento a los canales en el proceso de ventas, organizando recursos, con asesorías técnicas, presentaciones, etc.
- Identificar y reclutar canales que permitan ampliar el espectro de canales que generen valor para Vertiv y sus ventas
- Cumplir con la cuota de ventas asignada y los KPIs
- Garantizar que el programa de canales se ejecute de acuerdo con la estrategia de la compañía.
- Mantenimiento y actualización de la Plataforma CRM de Vertiv de forma oportuna y en la recurrencia solicitada
- Contactar y visitar los partners para realizar e incrementar la venta de productos y servicios.
- Realizar seguimiento y análisis de cumplimiento de objetivos. (Ventas); Generando relaciones a largo plazo con sus partners que permitan una compra recurrente de nuestras soluciones.
- Realizar informes de gestión y plan inicial de negocios.
- Consolidar información para realizar el proyecto.
- Visualizar proyectos futuros y la generación de demanda.
- Generar un trabajo en equipo efectivo con las diferentes áreas de la compañía, dando respuesta oportuna al cliente.
- Desarrollar negocios y proyectos; y dar seguimiento a su cierre.
- Ser un intermediario entre el partner y la empresa para garantizar la claridad en los requisitos del negocio.
- Mantener una relación cercana con el ecosistema de canales.
- Elaboración de la previsión de producto y colaboración con el equipo logístico para la planificación y control de inventarios.
- Coordinación e implementación de Planes y Programas de Marketing para 1º y 2º Nível
- Negociación de cotizaciones de ventas y pedidos de compradores con mayoristas, obteniendo níveles de antigüedad y rotación de existencias dentro de los objetivos establecidos por la cuenta asignada.
- Coordinación de gerentes de producto externos asignados a sus Cuentas de Canales.Elaboración de la previsión de producto y colaboración con el equipo logístico para la planificación y control de inventarios.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Mínimo 18 meses en el cargo actual.
- Óptimo resultado en tu última evaluación de desempeño.
- 5 años de experiência en el campo comercial; preferiblemente en ventas B2B, ventas a través de canales.
- Título profesional en Ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica, mecánica o carreras afines.
- Sólido conocimiento técnico de la infraestructura del centro de datos, incluidas las soluciones eléctricas y térmicas.
- Estudios de posgrado en mercadeo, ventas consultivas, gerencia de ventas.
- Nível avanzado de Inglés (deseable)
- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación excepcionales.
- Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de manera eficaz y eficiente.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
