**Manage and develop a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential**:
**Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations department**:
**Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization**:
**Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance and progress of plant operations**:

Responsabilidades del puesto:
Dirigir y supervisar todos los aspectos de las operaciones de la planta, incluyendo la producción, el mantenimiento y la seguridad.

Desarrollar y aplicar planes estratégicos para alcanzar los objetivos de producción manteniendo un alto nível de seguridad y calidad

Optimizar la eficiencia de la planta mediante iniciativas de mejora continua y programas de excelencia operativa

Supervise y analice los indicadores clave de rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora e impulsar mejoras operativas

Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los reglamentos y normas pertinentes, especialmente en relación con la seguridad y el impacto medioambiental

Gestionar y desarrollar un equipo de operaciones de alto rendimiento, proporcionando orientación, apoyo y tutoría para ayudarles a alcanzar su pleno potencial

Fomentar una cultura de responsabilidad, innovación y mejora continua dentro del departamento de operaciones

Colaborar con otros departamentos, como los de ingeniería, compras y control de calidad, para garantizar una coordinación y comunicación fluidas en toda la organización

Proporcione actualizaciones e informes periódicos a la alta dirección sobre el rendimiento y el progreso de las operaciones de la planta

Manténgase al corriente de los avances del sector y de las mejores prácticas para identificar oportunidades de innovación y mejora

**Requisitos**:
**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in a senior operations management role within an industrial setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations, ideally in the chemical or petrochemical industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and the ability to drive change through implementation of best practices
- Experience with safety management systems and a strong commitment to promoting a safety-first culture
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, as well as experience working with regulatory authorities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and drive initiatives that support the organization's overall objectivesRequisitos del puesto:
