**Responsibilities**:

- Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality
- Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain an inventory of EOVS components within the mainframe and middleware systems. Keep track of relevant details dates, common issues and potential risks.
- Evaluate the potential impacts and risks associated with EOVS components and technology debt.
- Identify areas that require remediation to ensure system stability, security and performance.
- Acts as an SME and communicates the importance of remediating tech debt across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including middleware and mainframe teams to develop effective strategies for resolving technology debt and upgrading systems.
- Conduct project planning activities, defines project scope, objectives, deliverables and monitor progress assuring timelines.
- Act as the sponsor and the business contact for projects focused on addressing EOVS issues. Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, and implementation; ensuring the achievement of the technical requirements.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure process compliance and in accordance to the best practices.
- Coordinate and lead the stakeholders, including IT teams, Mainframe teams and Application Owners, to establish project milestones, progress and manage expectation.
- Build strong relationships to encourage collaboration and accomplish the initiative’s goals.
- Proactively identify issues in current remediation strategies to discover areas of opportunity.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of mainframe and middleware components and technology debt challenges.
- Experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment with a focus on system upgrades and remediation projects.
- Analytical and problem solving skills. Able to identify root cause and create effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and Project Management frameworks.
