**Social Media Community Manager**

This job is to design great-looking social media campaigns paid and organic to enhance our current clients' marketing strategy. Work remotely from home.

**Fields of study**: Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related job experience.

Planning, analysis, creation, and execution of social media strategies. Responsible for the creation and tracking of clients' social media efforts. Create graphics, engaging content, and schedule posts on social media accounts.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- 2 years of social media community manager experience.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Extensive knowledge of metrics and analytics tools on social media platforms.
- Experience with a social media management platform, preferably Metricool.
- Experience using project management tools, preferably ClickUp.
- Video editing and visual effects skills.
- Designing, editing, creating graphics, and photo enhancement skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe products like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A portfolio showcasing graphics created for social media ads and posts.
- Effective knowledge of hashtags and keywords for increased social media visibility.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Creative content development and copywriting are a must.
- Expertise in using ChatGPT.

- Able to answer social media inquiries

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Crafting enticing content to expand clients' social media audiences.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Creating and optimizing business accounts on all social media platforms.
- Developing lead generation and customer engagement strategies, campaigns, and message ideas.
- Effective post-scheduling and excellent calendar management using Metricool.
- Creating effective paid ad campaigns across various platforms to meet sales goals.
- Maintaining continuous communication with followers and customers on social media, addressing questions, and guiding them toward purchases.
- Utilizing ChatGPT to craft compelling and relevant social media content.
- Monitoring metrics closely, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their goals and requirements.
- Generating innovative ideas and strategies to enhance online presence.
- Using project management tools like ClickUp to organize tasks and social media-related projects.
- Able to write detailed workflow processes and documentation.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
