1. Can Evaluate and Inspect the first piece(s) produced at the start of every Lot by Machine, by Production Line or when restarting Machinery after stoppages. 2. Can provide Support in Incoming Inspections of Raw Material. 3. Analyzes data from Variable and Attributes Charts (SPC) to suggest changes to the Process. 4. Can Participate in the Validation of Processes and/or Raw Material. (QS 9000 AND GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- QSR’s -Quality Systems Regulations). 5. Assists the Engineer or Quality Supervisor in the Implementation of Measuring and Testing Equipment as well as the Performance and Evaluation of R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies) of the Measuring Equipment. Uses Inspection, Measuring and Testing Equipment to perform Product Verification Activities, Detects and Reports Failures or out-of-calibration Equipment. 6. Performs and Documents Tests and Measurements required by the Specifications of Product Prototypes. 7. Applies Failure Analysis Techniques in the Prevention and Correction of Product Problems.

Experiência y requisitos
- 3 to 5 Years. Requires Training using equipment. Product knowledge is required as well as Basic Knowledge of SPC. Organización
