- Purchases of construction services for industrial work (industrial buildings)
- Conversational Fluent English (ADVANCED)
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Activities
- Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors to have information regarding to prices fluctuations and market trends, in order to achieve better conditions for the purchase and delivery of goods and services.
- Receive purchase requisition requests.
- Request for quotes according to the requested input.
- Prepare contracts or purchase orders according to the type of service, product to be purchased, and obtain the necessary authorizations for their full approval.
- Send and deliver to the selected supplier a copy of the purchase order or the authorized work contract.
- Prepare the request for the advance payment.
- Control and update the portfolio of suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver all the reports of each project.
- Carry out the guidelines of the Quality System
