ENVIROMENTAL, SOCIAL & GOVERNANCE MANAGER

**Requeriments**:

- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Safety and/or related field preferred or 5 years of work experience in a Sustainability role (with responsibility for 3 or more sites)
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in an automotive production environment.
- Ability to direct multi-cultural/diverse global teams while maintaining a professional approach.
- Effective communication skills along with ability to express specific expectations and hold teams accountable while maintaining a professional presence.
- Advanced English

**Responsabilities**:

- This role leads our global strategy for installation of a robust culture relative to sustainability activities and requirements.
- The ESG (Global Sustainability Manager) responsibility of this role is to monitor, guide and ingrain a global sustainability strategy/culture across all Pangea sites.
- The ESG serves as the point of contact between external and internal Pangea locations related to associated activities.
- Oversees and holds amenability for preparation, implementation, follow-up and filing of internal and external environmental audits and certifications (including but not limited to: M2030, CDP, EcoVadis, NQC, LWG, Social Responsibility, ISO 14001 and the like).
- The ESG gathers data, ensure integrity and accuracy of information, generates reports and provides information to the Global Quality Director or designee as required.
