**Título universitario preferido.**
- Tres (3) años de experiência en servicio al cliente.
- Excelentes relaciones humanas, de comunicación y habilidades de etiqueta telefónica.
- Conocimiento de los procedimientos de envío / flete internacional, los procedimientos y requisitos de despacho de aduanas entrantes y salientes.
- **Fluidez oral y escrita en inglés 600 puntos en examen TOEIC (así como en el idioma local).**:

- Capacidad para trabajar turnos variables.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar investigación de análisis de causas raíz, generar soluciones y recomendaciones para mejoras de procesos.
- Proporciona soluciones y / o coordina soluciones a problemas presentados por clientes internos y externos y asume la propiedad de estos problemas hasta su finalización.
- Identifica y registra problemas específicos del cliente y escala según sea necesario dentro de la estructura organizacional con la que esté relacionado el asunto.
- Actúa como enlace entre el cliente y la empresa.

Se ofrece sueldo competitivo + prestaciones superiores a las ley +1950 en vales de despensa.
