Payroll Specialist

**Are You Looking to**
- Process hourly payroll, including updating employee information, deductions, and timekeeping data.
- Process disability payments and related benefits premiums for hourly payroll
- Coordinates and communicates with production supervisors and managers to validate payroll records in a timely manner.

**Are You Ready to**
- Compiles payroll data such as hours worked, days work overtime, taxes and union dues to be withheld, and employee identification number, from time sheets and other records.
- Prepares computer input forms, enters data into computer files, or computes wages, benefits and deductions and costs to payroll records.
- Prepares Times Cards.
- Paid the payroll to union employees.
- Prepares periodic reports.
- Keep and maintain the work papers, Payroll and receipts on files.

**What You’ll Need**
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university or a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excell, Word, Prosys, another payroll systems.
