Hamak Hotels toma la operación de una propiedad con gran historia en la Ciudad de México, una de las últimas casas con el estilo del Porfiriato, se viste de lujo y modernidad.

Al ser operada por Hamak Hoteles, con 32 habitaciones, restaurante, rooftop, mezcalería, sushi bar, speakeasy, cabina de masajes y gimnasio,, con soft brand pendiente, La Casona será el referente de un lujo refinado y confortable, con un restaurante que será el rincón gastronómico de la zona, atrayendo a huéspedes y locales.

**Perfil de Candidato y Posición**

Buscamos un Guest Experience altamente comprometido y capaz de
- Establece en coordinación con el Gte de Ventas nuevas estrategias para la generacion de nuevas experiancias a nuetsros clientes y huepedes
- Elaboración de Paquetes
- Establece en coordinación con el Gte de Ventas las políticas de descuento o beneficios adicionales para cotizaciones
- Estar informado en todo lo relativo a la competencia ( precios, servicios, plus, paquetes, comisiones, entre otros)
- Sugiere al Gte de Ventas y departamento de marketing los medios de promoción y publicidad según las investigaciones de Mercado y presupuesto
- Cumplir el presupuesto establecido de C/N y tarifa promedio.
- Mantener actualizado el Chart de Grupos bajo las especificaciones del formato establecido y solicitudes del Gte de Ventas
- Realiza Revisión, gestión y seguimiento de pago a agencias

**Habilidades y Requisitos**

**Experiência y Educación**:
Licenciatura en Hotelería o afín

Experiência 3 años

**Habilidades Técnicas**:

- Conocimiento de Plataformas de Mercadeo
- Mercadotecnia Ventas, Precios Mercado Hotelero
- Publicidad y promoción, Atención al cliente

**Cuenta con los siguientes beneficios**:
