- Handle and transfer inbound calls.
- General office duties as assigned.
- Update customer information as needed
- Assist with policy payments as needed.
Qualification & Education:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- University Studies.
- Proven Experience.
- Bilingual - Spanish - English (Must).
- 18 years +
- Complete documentation (Birth Certificate, Kardex, Proof of address, Curp, INE)
This is a remote position.
Pay: $11,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

- English, Spanish (required)
