Your Responsibilities_**:
The whole Americas Recruitment team typically supports approximately 4.000 hires annually and delivering against these demands requires strong business-alignment, consulting, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Our Latam Recruitment Manager is part of the Americas Recruitment Team, reporting to the Head of Recruitment for Americas, and their members support the 17 countries in the region. We operate in a hybrid workplace model; this role is expected to be onsite at least twice a week in our office in Benito Juárez, Mexico City, and supports a cluster of Hispanic markets. Mexico is one of our core Emerging Markets for GSK Commercial, committed to delivering medicines, in different therapeutical areas and vaccines.

**This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are**:
YOU will Lead the End-to-End talent acquisition activity for key LatAm vacancies that support the business strategy including developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, diversity sourcing, attraction, selection, interview/assessment and offer processes.

Your role is critical to ensure the successful identification, design and delivery of business aligned Recruitment activity and projects across all businesses in LatAm markets such as Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Central America and Caribbean markets.

YOU will operate as a trusted advisor to HR Business Leaders and Line Leaders by providing and leveraging talent insights and recruitment market data to understand the recruiting landscape.

You will develop strong external pipelines of talent for key roles, skills and capabilities as driven by the business strategy, recruiting for senior levels to unlock and deliver talent to spearhead the growth and success of GSK, developing innovative sourcing and strategic recruitment plans to attract the most diverse key talent.

Also, anticipates talent needs based on historical data, demand plan and close business partnerships and provide talent intelligence and market insights to support planning and decision making in the business free of bias.

As a recruitment leader YOU will be the single point of accountability and decision making for background checks & Right to Work, Immigration, Work Permit Validation Escalations, accommodation processes, internal and external audits for LatAm markets in scope.

YOU will establish recruitment Quality Assurance and compliance mitigation plans for the region.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment to include developing & executing sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leading recruitment initiatives in Mexico.
- Experience working for multinational industries, with strong knowledge in successful third-party vendor management or in leading recruitment teams.
- Experience partnering with networks/organizations that resulted in pipelines and/or access to diverse talent across the enterprise.
- Driven and able to work well autonomously.
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent partnership management, strong influencing, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience leading high exposure, recruitment projects across the enterprise with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting talent internationally.
