Certification Tech

**Job Overview**:
Responsible for maintaining project contract related documents and general filing.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to perform the job in compliance with the Certification Level 2 procedure / Project Specific Certification procedure.
- Troubleshoot TAB-CIR system and provide required support for Production Personnel
- Updating PIMS database for spool clearance
- Conversant with PCM Mobile Data Application
- Downloading drawings using LNDB interface
- Electronic update of Project Certification Module (PCM System),
- Compilation of Job Data Book.
- Verifying material traceability for package submission.
- Data entry and package compilation for offshore hook-up jobs
- Preparation and distribution of weekly/monthly KPIs, QIs & Repair Rates.
- Compilation of electronic certification packages for client's review and approval.
- Compilation of Job Data Book in both hard copy and electronic format
- Archiving documents for completed projects,
- Maintain and comply with Company's safety standards all time.
- Competency of handling standalone PCM system during offshore hook-up activities.
- Experience levels refers to the lowest level, the specific responsibilities refer to the highest level.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- 3 year Bachelor degree.
- 5+ years technical relevant experience
- Computer Literate
