The Role

PMS is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join our rapidly growing FP&A department. As a member of our reporting team, this position will be responsible for the monthly/quarterly reporting to our global organization and will provide support as a business partner to the executive team to help them drive business growth and profitability. In addition, this position will work closely with the Power BI reporting team to analyze and validate Power BI reports/dashboards as they are issued to the global organization. This position reports to the Senior FP&A Manager.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

- Prepares month-end reporting for the global organization (Excel and System generated reports)
- Forecasts, budgets and analyzes variances on personnel costs
- Maintains headcounts including open positions in our reporting tool
- Forecasts, budget and analyzes variances on balance sheet (including CAPEX) and cashflows
- Analyzes and provides commentary on reporting variances versus prior year, budget and forecast.
- Partners with the Power BI team in the development of new dashboards.
- Analyzes, understands, and documents large data sets to create options for process enhancements and support the organization’s reporting
- Acts as a finance business partner to our executive team by providing backward
- and forward-looking analysis.
- Develops new analysis to adapt to our ever-changing environment and high growth.
- Assists the FP&A team with month end close, quarterly forecast and budget preparation.

Required Technical/Soft Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work with large data sets
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- General understanding of ERP and reporting systems
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Environment and Related Tools
- Ability to work at own pace, meet deadlines and keep on task within a project style environment

Preferred Soft Skills
- Independent, fast-learner and self-starter
- Manufacturing company background
- General understanding of relational databases
- Prior experience with consolidation software tools

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in data and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or applicable field
