Job Summary

- Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves_ Lead the execution of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction.

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Develop and maintain business relationship; Maximize customer satisfaction. Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews, or as needed, to communicate deliveries, open commitments or overall progress of the account._
- _ Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)_
- _ Coordinates the process of View Piont, where customer's and GAM satisfaction is reviewed; It includes the implementation of actions with the organization to improve_
- _ Creates the Forecast Demand Format and coordinates with finance the creation of Forecast Outlook(FOL) for its organization._
- _ Participate on continuous improvement projects to increase profitability. (Operations & Materials)_
- _ Accountable for the correct functioning of the CFT_
- _ Coordinates with the CFT the generation of reporting and analytical information for decision-making with the client (materials, quality, testing, etc.)_
- _ Escalates the resolution of systemic problems or processes in the supply chain._
- _ Coordinates with the CFT and/or escalates to the functional areas, the troubleshooting of on time delivery of products (OTD)_
- _ Coordinates with the CFT the forecast acceptance process and communicates the commit of the operation and impact to the customer. (Material Shortages, Can Do, E&O, capacity, plan shipments, etc.)._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Experience as Program Manager_
- _ Experience in automotive manufacturing industry is also a plus_
- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Bachelor´s Degree_
- _ Experience in P&L reports._
- _ Experience with CFT._
- _ Experience with demanding clients_
- _ Strong working knowledge of the MS Office (Excel & PP)_
- _ Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization_
- _ Well organized & disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively_
