UX Designer

**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, validate, and implement new features, as well as improve existing ones.
- Incorporate firsthand usage of our product to inform your designs with real data and to develop a deep understanding of user objectives and behaviors.
- Work alongside the product leadership team to refine and communicate our product's vision, mission, and strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Managers in conducting user research and prototyping sessions.
- Develop visually appealing and intuitive designs in partnership with the product and development teams.
- Assist in measuring and evaluating the performance of implemented features, working closely with product and engineering.
- Proactively identify design inconsistencies, user experience gaps, and potential future enhancements.

**What You Need to Succeed**:
You don't need to meet all of these qualifications, but having more of them will be advantageous.
- 2+ years of UX design experience (distinct from graphic design) within a B2B SaaS context.
- Familiarity with contextual inquiry and generative user research, and the ability to facilitate user research.
- Experience in prototyping and testing design concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts into user-friendly experiences.
- Basic knowledge of BI technologies (ELT, Data Warehousing, & Data Visualization) and data analytics.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
