Ndt Etch Technician

Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a NDT ETCH Technician to join our rapidly expanding team.As a member of the operations team, the Etch Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. The technician positions must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct** daily Etch logs
- **Prepare/Sets up/Adjusts** test specimens and equipment
- Conduct Chemical additions
- ** Process** parts per procedures and/or specifications
- Willing to learn new processes and procedures
- ** Maintain** related test equipment and tools

- High school diploma or technical school certificate preferred
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a testing related fieldAvailability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community
- Self-motivated, with the ability to problem solve and analyze information skillfully
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members, supervisors, and all others throughout the organization in a professional manner
