**Job Details**

**What you will do**:
Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and control of the High Performance Work Team System with a manufacturing Plant, guiding the organization to a self-directed work team’s environment.

**How you will do it**:
2. Coordinate regular meetings of the HP Teams and prepare indicators of performance for analysis of progress and deviations.

3. Deliver the necessary training to administrative employees and hourly personnel in the Plant’s departments.

4. Promote organizational culture change among departments and within the Plant.

5. Support the Plant Manager and production managers to design and control the productivity bonus based on HPT variable compensation procedure.

6. Realize the strategy and vision to improve the HPT system together with the Plant Manager.

7. Establish the future strategy for the improvement of the HPT system, searching for Best Business Practices in courses and internal and external organizations to Johnson Controls.

8. Elaborate and update HPT policies and procedures; and design specific Scorecards of the departments and teams in close cooperation with the department managers.

9. Continuous follow up of the implementation of the HPT methodology.

10. Give regular advice to the Plant Manager and Area Production Managers to bring teams to self-direction.

11. EHS Committee Participation.

12. Member of Safety observation program.

13. Involve EHS area prior to implementation of new and modified materials or processes.

14. Define, implement and disseminate health and safety policy at work and the environmental policy in your area.

15. Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.

16. Participate in the review of the system.

17. Provide resources for the implementation of the system.

18. Participate in Training programming system.

19. Provide specific training to different functions for the proper functioning of the EHS

Management System

20. Identify training needs in safety, health and environment.

21. Train your staff in procedures and instructions.

22. Follow-up and review procedures and instructions OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001

23. Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position

What we look for:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration
- Engineering/Process experience, Leadership
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing principles, Human Factor
- Manufacturing Operations
- Certificate in Lean Manufacturing; preferred certification as Green/Black Belt
- MS Office
- Basic statistical knowledge.
- Bilingual
