**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute the day-to-day activities according to the highest standards of financial control, compliance, and best practice.
- Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed KPIs and as defined in the SLAs.
- Follow the instructions of the Senior/Pleno Analysts and Managers regarding the daily work coordination.
- Develop knowledge and capability to raise competence to expected levels to meet current and future business needs.
- Contribute process and technical expertise to process improvement initiatives.
- Accountable for the professional support that is due to customers to ensure a high tier customer satisfaction level.
- Build strong collaborative networks with key stakeholders and ensure good/adequate communication
- Maintain and adhere to record to report procedural documentation.
- Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure schedules.
- Prepares records, analyses and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
- Provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysing variations from budget.
- Supports in analysis and preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports.
- Reports to Record to Report Process Manager.
- Competencies/

**Skill Requirements**:

- Strong MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with conceptual knowledge of: Taxes, period-end adjustments, financial reporting and treasury processes.
- Understanding of R2R processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude, customer centric mind-set and willingness to go the extra mile to meet organizational goals.
- SAP knowledge or experience with software/accounting systems

**Education Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with concentration in Accounting or Finance.

**Years of experience**
- 0-2 years of experience supporting a Finance team, taxes, period-end adjustments, financial reporting and treasury processes), is not required but will be an added advantage.
- Desirable experience/knowledge in Record to Report processes and experience of working in a shared service center across a global/large organization.

**Experience Requirements**:

- General understanding of key R2R, P2P, O2C activities, their associated risks and mitigating standard internal controls.
- Basic knowledge on accounting principles, such as IFRS and internal control principles in practice, combined with self-driven and analytical approach.

**Languages**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills using fluent English and Spanish.
