**_Join the team as a Bilingual Recruiter_**

**_Responsibilities:_**

2. Job posting: You will create attractive and accurate job descriptions and post them on appropriate channels to reach a wide and diverse audience.

8. Collaboration with the team: You will work closely with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide support in recruitment planning.

**_Requirements:_**
1. Previous experience: Prior experience as a recruiter is required, preferably in the manufacturing sector or related field.

2. Language proficiency: You must be fully bilingual, fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

4. Technical knowledge: A good understanding of the technical skills and competencies required for roles in the manufacturing field.

6. Organizational ability: Skill in managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
