AP/AR entry, record maintenance/support and credit card billing
- Works closely with Accounting manager to support timely tracking and reconciliation of all company cash related accounts - cash and credit cards
- General office administration support
- Works closely with the Accounting manager team to support daily administration functions and operations
- General facility support
- Serves as the company’s point of contract to organize facility updates, cleaning, and maintenance issues.
- Process weekly payroll for site employees
- File payroll taxes with assistance from Accounting Manager
