The **Senior Course Leader Coordinator** will focus on providing financial support to a team of over 500 Course Leaders-our educators in the field, leading our programs.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate payroll: review timesheets, correct errors, follow up on issues
- Calculate and submit gratuities for payment
- Coordinate CL expenses in Concur
- Oversee Divvy/Bill card usage and coding
- Train Course Leaders to use finance related platforms/apps
- Remain professional, positive, and friendly during challenging situations
- Provide general support for the CL Management Team and CLs on program
- Assist with developing in person and virtual trainings

- Fluency in English
- Experience with finance, payroll, and complex calculations
- Time management, organizational skills and prioritization
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
