Our experience and years in the market provide confidence to clients. Currently, methodologies and technological tools are used tailored to what the client requests.

**Experience**: minimum in the preparation, review, and inspections of real estate valuation. **Advanced English.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Physical inspection of properties, measurements, photographic reports, etc.
- Preparation, review, validation and integration of appraisal documentation.
- Monthly reports.
- SAX management.
- Monitoring valuation units and/or services related to the appraisal.
- Preparation and interpretation of architectural plans.
- Support to other areas when required.
- AutoCad and Excel proficiency.
- Administrative activities.
