**Main Responsibilities**:
- Leads a cross-functional team using the Enterprise Product Delivery Process to develop and implement major improvements to existing products or new product programs.
- Responsible for meeting the program objectives, conducting phase reviews and maintaining tracking methods for the programs.
- Projects typically have on single manufacturing location and or design center, AFE budget below 10 million USD and on average less then 20 resources.

- Track progress against budgets within established finance systems and report variances to leadership.
- Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver preset outcomes for an area of responsibility.
- Deliver projects while working within an established program management plan.
- Participate actively in the development and nurturing of networks and relationships internally and externally to support successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Provide the means to prototype innovation business cases with the potential to shape the innovation strategy, pipeline and road map.
- Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization in a global and multicultural environment.
- Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, assess, prioritize and manage project related risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English language.

- Experience on Enterprise Product Delivery Process.
- Tractors and or Loader's product knowledge.
- Experience on managing projects.
**Education**:
- Bachelor´s Degree on Engineering or Equivalent level.
